Do I need any technical skills?
No. We buy your website address, handle hosting, build the site, and set up business email. You tell us about your business and review the website. We take care of the technical work.
What if I already have a website?
Share your website address with us. We review what is working, what needs attention, and whether a replacement site makes sense for your business. We also review your domain and business email setup and plan any changes with you before making the switch.
Do I have to write the website content?

How long does it take to finish my website?
We agree on a timeline after we understand your business and the pages you need. The schedule depends on the project, your photos and business details, and your feedback. You will know the expected review and launch dates before the build starts.
Do you work with businesses outside Will County?
Yes. We work with businesses across the country. We can handle meetings, website reviews, and training by phone or online. Yes. We can arrange a phone conversation or a local meeting in Plainfield or the Will County area. You do not need to prepare a presentation or know any technical terms.

What does $150 per month include?
Your custom website, Home, About, Contact and inquiry form, five service pages, and a work photo gallery. Content writing, search engine optimization, domain purchase, hosting, one business email address, periodic edits, updates, security updates, and maintenance are included too.
Is there a startup fee or a minimum commitment?
There is no startup fee. The package is $150/month with a 12-month minimum, for an initial commitment of $1,800. Optional extras are discussed separately before work begins.
How many email addresses are included in $150 per month?
One business email address is included. Each additional email address costs $5 per month.
Can you help with booking or other custom features?
Let’s talk about what you need. Calendar booking, price calculators, FAQs, reviews, or another custom page or feature can be discussed as part of planning your website.

Can I choose my website address and email?
Yes. Tell us the .com address you want. We check that it’s available and buy the address you approve. We also set up your requested business email, such as email@yourbusiness.com.
How can I check if my website address is available?
Search for the address you want using the ICANN domain lookup. If it is already registered, you will need to choose another address. We will confirm availability before buying your domain.
Can you use my existing website address or business email?
Yes. Tell us what you already use before we change anything. We review your current setup and plan the switch with you. Existing email, domain access, and important website pages are part of that conversation.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. You own the website and your domain (your website address). If you cancel, we transfer them to you. We explain the transfer process, cancellation arrangements, and what you will need for future hosting and email in your written agreement. The package has a 12-month minimum.

Will you show me how to use everything?
Yes. We give you a basic walkthrough and simple instructions. We show you how to receive customer inquiries and send and receive business email. You won’t need to manage the hosting or technical settings.
What if I need a change after the website goes live?
Periodic updates to existing content, such as new job photos, changed contact details, seasonal offers, or service descriptions. We agree on the editing scope before starting. Extra pages, a major redesign, online payments, booking systems, and custom tools are discussed and priced separately.
Why have a website if my Google reviews are already good?
Your reviews help people trust your business. Your website gives them room to explore your services, see completed work, check your service area, and request a quote. Link it from your Google Business Profile so the two work together.
Will this guarantee more leads or a top Google ranking?
No website can guarantee either. We build clear pages, organize your services and service area, and make it easy to contact you. That gives visitors a useful next step. Rankings and results also depend on competition, demand, your wider online presence, and your follow-up. Ongoing advertising and SEO campaigns are separate from this package.
